The course payment will become non-refundable 4 hours after reception of a user name and password. Users are entitled to a full refund should the course be returned within this initial four hour time frame. Should a user return their purchase, and repurchase at a later date, all sales are final.
Users may reschedule tutoring or mock interview sessions up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Rescheduling within 24 hours prior to a tutoring or live class session may result in forfeiture of the session, up to the discretion of us-guided.com. Unused tutoring or mock interview hours are non-refundable. Tutoring or mock interview sessions may only be exercised with an active subscription to the associated course.
